Cash on Delivery Policy

For domestic orders above Rs.499, we offer Cash on Delivery. We promise to deliver your order using trusted couriers and follow all safety procedures required for a successful delivery.

If you are physically unavailable at the time of delivery, please suggest an alternative address or contact number of a reliable source at ayurgenomicsb@gmail.com within 48 hours (about 2 days) of placing the order, for successful delivery.
 

If we do not receive a response to a “Cash on Delivery” request, we will reship only if the order is prepaid.

Once a customer has rejected the ‘COD’ delivery of an order two times, he/she will no longer be eligible for ‘COD’. In this case, the customer will have to choose another payment method for future orders.

All claims for shortages (missing items) or damages must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours (about 2 days) of delivery. We request you to write to us at ayurgenomicsb@gmail.com well within the aforementioned time frame. Ayurgenomics Botanicals will not be responsible for any claim raised concerning damages or missing products post 48 hours (about 2 days) of delivery.

If a ‘COD’ order is to be canceled, please inform our customer service team by sending an email at ayurgenomicsb@gmail.com with the order number and the date that you placed the order on.

COD orders cannot be refunded in the original mode of payment. It can only be refunded via the brand online voucher.

 

Pricing Policy

The product prices listed, are current and updated. However, these are subject to change without advance notice.

All prices on this website are processed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of all taxes.

All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of shipping.

Our products are liable for GST in India.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on ayurgenomicsb@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. You can also call our Customer Care on +91-9522644446 (Timings: 9:30 AM - 5 PM IST), within 24 hours of placing the order. Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be canceled. In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the card holder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.
 

Shipping Policy

Order Deliveries Will Be Made Between:

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM between Monday and Saturday. Excluding public holidays.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please assign an alternative i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Certain courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. This will need to be provided for the completion of delivery. OTP will be sent to the registered number at the time of placing the order.

Ayurgenomics Botanicals is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Goods will be deliver within 7-10 days after order confirmation.
 

Returns & Refund Policy

If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email at ayurgenomicsb@gmail.com, within 48 hours (about 2 days) of the delivery date. We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, and can be verified to be damaged/faulty. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your exchange request to be fully processed and closed.
 

Please write to us within 48 hours (about 2 days) of receiving the product that you would like to exchange or refund with the following details:

Images or videos to support the complaint with batch details visible as below, without which we cannot process the request

To submit a claim, include clear images or video of the non-sealed/ leaking/ broken products along with clear images or video of spillage (if any), mono-carton, and outer packaging images too. Please also send images to show seal has been tampered with if that is the claim along with the above.

If you receive an empty, gouged, or damaged product, a defective service, or the wrong item delivered, provide clear images and video and proof that the item contains no volume or is missing.

For damages and quality issues, please take pictures of the damaged area, then open the product and take pictures of the inside carton, warehouse packing and Mono-carton packaging.

Once we have all the details, it will take our team about three working days to respond. If we authorize an exchange for your complaint, you will get an authorization number and will need to return the product. If a refund is approved, it can take up to two weeks for the amount to show up in your account and you will receive an email telling you that it has been processed.

All packages must be shipped back to us in the original packaging and accompanied by the receipt and a document stating:

Address of dispatch

Name & Address of the customer

Order number

Contents of the package

Also, we request you to email this document and share an image of the reverse pick-up consignment (inside and outside packaging) to our Customer Care representative who you have been in touch with on email.

Once the package has been received by our warehouse team, we will process your exchange order within 24 hours and inform you of the new shipment tracking information.

Please note orders for Gift boxes are not applicable for exchange or refund.

Product Quality-Related Complaints

In the case of a product quality concern, please send us an email at ayurgenomicsb@gmail.com within 7 days of the date of receipt of the product and with the following details. We shall take 24 to 48 hours (about 2 days) to review the email and revert:

The product that is highlighted for a quality issue

Details of your request 

Images or videos to support the complaint along with an image of the back label of the product where the Batch details are visible

In the case of a quality concern, our team will first connect you with one of our Ayurvedic doctors within two working days. Depending on the nature of your concern and the doctor's analysis, we will ask you to return the item for inspection, and a quality report will be available in seven business days from the time we receive it.

All products shared for inspection must be physically accompanied in the reverse pick-up by the original receipt and a document that states the following:

Address of dispatch

Name & Address of the customer

Order number

Contents of the package

Please also email this document and share an image of the reverse pick-up consignment (inside and outside packaging) with our Customer Care representative who you have been in touch with on email.

If the product passes the test and matches the complaint, we shall initiate the return/exchange process within 7 days of the consignment being received by our quality inspection team. The overall quality inspection process starting from pick-up to the final response would involve 3 weeks minimum.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Exchange of product due to allergic/skin reactions is not applicable. Exchange of product due to reasons including personal dislike of the product; dislike of the fragrance; dislike of color that cannot be backed by proof of quality issues with the product itself is not applicable.

No cash refunds are permitted.
